Report and Recommendation of the Montana Math Pathways Task Force

Montana makes an urgent case for change by placing their need for multiple math pathways within a broader global and national economic context, and also highlights current efforts to address the issue. Recommendations include providing a clear pathway for STEM students, strengthening advising processes, improving communication between K-12 and postsecondary education, and evaluating the relevance of College Algebra to student programs of study.
